Used to be one of the best in the 80s
Need some renovation for sure. But fantastic furniture spacious rooms (heritage) all rooms overlooking the pool nice gym good bar and restaurant with good food and staff. I heard that the furniture mirrors etc used to be owned by the Mysore maharaja "

"This hotel is in a great location if you are using Egmore station in your journey, ie arriving by train or using the metro from the airport. The hotel is clean and tidy. Service friendly and good. Sheets and towels a little tired and the room fairly basic. The room is comfortable. no fridge. I asked for an iron, not possible. I thought breakfast was pretty basic. Few choices and nothing cooked to order available ie omelette. It served its purpose and the wifi was good. Price is great."

The staff here is amazing, it is dog friendly, so I get to see dogs around the property, the rooms are very nice and contemporary, the food here is really amazing.
