Based on the overall quality of the property and the amenities provided, I would rate it as a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star property.
The breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were nice. The twin beds, however, were comparatively small and not very comfortable. I would appreciate the floor manager, Mr. Kanadasan, who was very helpful and arranged a better room for us from the third room onward.
The property appears to be short of floor staff. Although the existing staff do their best to assist guests, the waiting time can be quite long during peak hours, particularly in the afternoon."
