"We arrived after a long day at Phantasialand, the castle was beautiful, easy to find and the check in was automated and very straight forward.
We stayed with children in the junior suite and it was amazing, well equipped, warm and very upmarket."
"Room was ok. A bit warm as there was no air conditioning or fan. The bed was ok apart from the awful pillows (which you will find in most German hotels sadly) which are big, floppy and offer no support to your head. The bathroom was clean.
The hill up to the hotel is very steep if youre walking. Hard work with a heavy suitcase, especially on the cobbles!
Surrounding area nice. Near to the old town with the beautiful castle and churches.
Staff were nice. They spoke English and booked a taxi...

The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful, I didn’t get his name unfortunately. There is limited parking on site, but plenty of other parking nearby as there are quite a few shops in the area. There is also a Tesla charger less than 1 minute away. "
