"Entire staff were friendly, helpful and focused on ensuring you enjoy every moment of your stay. They even let us check out late (normally 12noon) knowing our flight to Manila was in the evening. All available water sports amenities were complementary including vest and snorkeling gear. Lifeguard is available all day and always ready to help — ie use paddle board or launch kayak. Filtered water is available all throughout the facility which is a delight given the Palawan heat. Will surely come back and recommend this place to family and friends. We had the best experience ever— better than Hawaii or Cabo— from staff to beach view and beach time including the pool and spa. Thank you Seda for a wonderful start of our retirement journey."

"Our stay at Charlie’s El Nido was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded expectations. The rooms were perfect — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spacious and modern, and we loved having a balcony overlooking the pool, which made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast every day was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The omelet station was a highlight, along with fresh fruit selections, a variety of hot dishes, and fluffy pancakes made fresh upon request. Everything felt fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. What really made this stay special was the staff. Every single team member — from the front desk and restaurant staff to security and transportation personnel — was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were great as well, including a full bar, gym, and a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxing after island tours.
