“Wir haben in Südostasien schon in gut vierzig verschiedenen Hotels übernachtet. H Hotel gehört beim Service eindeutig zur oberen Liga. Beim Check-in hat man uns gefragt, ob wir besondere Wünsche haben, und das klang nicht wie eine Pflichtfrage. Man hat wirklich zugehört. Ich erwähnte, dass mein Rücken manchmal Probleme macht, und sie haben mir das Massagestudio gleich um die Ecke empfohlen. Sehr angenehm. Mit dem Einlösegutschein für Piece of Sky haben wir dann den ganzen Abend oben verbracht....

“The room was good, clean, had everything you need. It’s very difficult to get to due to road conditions. No ones fault obviously but would have been good to know. The place is in a very noisy area, so many roosters so bring good earplugs. The beach is filthy and you cannot swim there. Would not recommend going there ”

“Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”

“Very disappointing. We have reservations of 3 rooms for 6 days. We got in the hotel late around 10pm, the rooms are not ready yet. When we get in the room, rooms smells terrible. The washrooms are not flushing well. Sinks are clog. The lights are not functioning well. No toiletries in any rooms. Kettles only available in the outside kitchen. “TERRIBLE trip arrangement. They made me realise I need to accept being just wait without any explanation. People are very kind but not helpful. Breakfast is okay but please have something outside. Room condition is NOT CLEAN at all and I don't think they wash the bedding. Bed is not enough for two people. Smelly towel and AC is too noisy to sleep. Location is in quite centre of its town and easy to access anywhere, a bit noisy though. BUT I would say this hotel is normal in that town. If you...

“Honestly it’s close to the beach port (Meeting place for tours), the stay itself is essentially you get what you paid for, nothing fancy, no amenities, no kettle, just a room with 1 pillow, 1 sheet, a bathroom, a washroom. Room has an air condition. You get a discount if you book a tour with them. No restaurant, you have to look for a place to eat, 1 person roughly $10-$12 USD for a a meal. Staff are nice! ”
