Hotel was overall nice. Needs some updating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Complimentary happy hour drink was a perk. My negative would be no hot water. I even called maintenance to come look at our shower. Luke warm is all you get and I found this terrible. Overall quiet and great location in El Paso close to everything.

It would be nice to have the pool area with a little more ventilation. the hot tub jets didnt work and someone shut the power off to it so the water was cold, until we noticed it and turned it back on. Room was spacious and pretty clean. Staff was friendly. Love the cocktail hour and the fact that they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Only problem was that I called the front desk to advise the tv in the living area was not turning on and the tv in the bedroom wasn’t getting most of the channels and they told me the maintenance person would go up and check on it after their break but that didn’t happen.
