"Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :("

"When we arrived, we asked for an up grade and they said they don't do up grades. The hotel had few guest due to low season so an up grade would get them more money. Room with no AC are hot. Ceiling fan is not that great. Rooms do have insects but it part of the experience and understandable due to it being in the forest. Room don't have television and there is no internet in the rooms. Just the lobby area. Restaurant, bar, etc get a 10% tip without asking, which 10% is good but don't let them fool you because they will not let tou know. Food at the restaurant was ok. Site says they have landary services but they don't."
