โThis property is located two blocks from the downtown area and is a great location for exploring Tucson. Our bed was extremely comfortable! In the morning, there are well stocked coffee and tea stations, and the complimentary snacks were a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!โ
โWe absolutely love this hotel and wouldnโt consider staying anywhere else when visiting Tucson. The staff is incredibleโalways welcoming and attentiveโand the rooms are kept as clean as possible.
Each morning, the same friendly face greets us at breakfast, and the kitchen staff does a great job making sure everything is well-stocked and fresh.
The only small issue we noticed was the carpeting in the roomsโit could use a deep cleaning, as we noticed some discoloration when wearing white...
โWhat a beautiful hotel! Everything is new with crisp, clean design. Staff were very friendly at both check-in and in the restaurant and bar. We got a very nice upgrade to a large suite with deep bathtub and huge shower! We ate dinner at their restaurant and the scallops and halibut were excellent! We walked downtown a bit and found a nice bourbon bar, Batch, just a few blocks away. Parking is easy underground, although they do charge for that service. We would definitely go back!โ
โThey are misleading on the reservation requirements. It's dirty, noisy, and just unsafe for everyone. The staff let's the people there do what they want. The housekeepers are rude and do drugs.โ
