The property itself is not the best but the rooms are updated and clean and the beds are comfortable. The parking lot is well and brightly lit. Breakfast was good. It is not a high end resort so don’t bring those expectations. If you need a decent and affordable room for sleeping and getting ready to go enjoy Tucson, this is the place for you.

This hotel has a fast food place next door, convenient. There is a nice walking path behind the hotel along the river. comfortable bed/ pillow. *This Hotel is only feet away from a busy highway, you WILL hear cars all night and semi jake breaks. In the Evening there Will be homeless people behind hotel asking for cash if they see you in the parking lot.

We will not stay here again. The pool was closed and looked disgusting. No landscaping around the property. The room size was nice but not completely clean. The floors were filthy. A fan was needed in the bathroom .The hotel almost looked abandoned! The staff was excellent. Very helpful and nice.
