"For a 7-night/8-day stay, we were told the room would be serviced/cleaned (and clean towels provided) every other day. Our room was serviced only once. We reported it to the front desk after the first missed day, but nothing was done to correct it.
The room was generally clean, but the shower clogged immediately. Rather than wait for maintenance, we lifted the drain cover and easily (but disgustingly) removed a massive hair clog. The shower also provided both erratic water pressure and temperature, making showering quite unpleasant.
Other smaller issues included very worn pillows, no pen/paper in the room, and a poor performing A/C unit.
We once stayed in this hotel regularly before COVID. Now that we will need to visit LA with some regularity again, we will be looking elsewhere due to the deteriorated conditions/service at this property.
