"No working televisions in the rooms and when I called guests services they were very nonchalant in saying it's been going on all week long and engineering is already aware. He also added " It's just a very old building" . My husband and I stay at Embassy suites every time we travel across the country from California to Florida and we are usually satisfied but not this time."

"Incredible value location. I only booked it because it was cheap and near the airport and only paid £79 for it on the day i needed to stay but i got a great view from the 7th floor of the planes landing into LAX and soap towels provided and two king sized beds all for myself staying! Highly recommend. I didn’t get anything from the vending machine but the choice of food looked good!"
