"Staff was very friendly, bathtub was dirty with a rusty drain cover and large chip in the glazing. Lots of dings and nicks in furniture, doors, etc. Restaurant makes great coffee but the food was mediocre at best and way overpriced. Felt as though the chair may fall apart under me. This hotel is tired, needs a refresh. "

"Great location. So many awesome restaurants around. Walking distance to Yale university. Clean room. Restaurant onsite as well. We really enjoyed the stay."

"The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste. I called down from my room and when I went down to get it, it was waiting on the counter for me. "

"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."
