"This is my go-to in Greenwood when visiting my family. It's great with kids with plenty of space in the rooms. The continental breakfast is above average in quality and I had quick easy check in. I just want to say, I used this hotel through expedia a few weeks ago. My mother was out of the hospital and vulnerable to sickness and her doctor told her not to have company. Expedia denied giving me my money back through a cancellation but I called the hotel and they directly told expedia it was okay. So, I highly advise this hotel. Great customer service."

"The elevator smelled like pee. My room was dirty, including hair in the shower and bathroom floor. The pool has been filled in with concrete. The rooms have doorbells, which people were ringing all night long. I got zero sleep. I left after the first night and Expedia refused to credit me for the second night. I am done with Expedia - they never remove poor hotels from their website. This one was horrible. "
