โJack and the lady that was working with him on aug 8th 2025, I dont remember her name but also bartender that evening were amazing and so polite! From what it seemed it was at full occupancy but never really waited for anything. Had one of the greatest mini vacations in a very long time. I highly recommend this hotel! Our family will definitely be back to this location!

Iโm a UT Austin alumni and this was a visit to Austin after 20 some yrs with my college son. The hotel had a sense of class and its connections with the univ brought me back memories of UT days.
As for thr accommodation, it was spacious in and out and overall it was nice. However, Iโd like to mention several things as to help improve the site.
1) The room was not so quiet โ street noise and chatters from the corridor were transferred transparently.

โOverall a great stay, only complaint is that I had gone to the front desk a few times and no one was ever there and I had to stand and wait for at least 10 minutes each time.โ
โThe room was really clean. Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast was pretty simple but it was hot and fresh. Sausage and eggs and waffles etc. The front desk staff was amazing. I had a great stay. I plan on staying here again when I'm back for work in a couple weeks. โ
