“There's no restaurant in the hotel.I saw the performance at Lincoln Center, and there was no taxi, so I walked by subway and couldn't eat dinner late at night, but there was no room service! The front desk clerk told me to order Uber Eats, which was amazing. I drank all the water, but I didn't bring a new bottle after cleaning, so I had to go to the front desk and get it! The hotel has poor facilities and services for over 500 dollars.”

“Hotel was great, very clean. The gentleman at the bar at breakfast (wears glasses) was the most helpful and fun guy. He gave some great suggestions of things to do and one of them ended up being my son’s favourite part of the trip. We loved him. I would definitely stay here again”

“This is an iconic hotel in nyc so I had high expectations. The hotel was nice in general, but it took an hour to change my room (bellman didn't show up for an hour) and front desk hung up on my phone call ( I heard they were very busy due to many check-ins ). I don't expect this kind of service for the five star hotel with exceptionally high rate.”

“Room was fine, it wasn't too small and had a good bathtub. However the view from the window was blocked and service was so-so. A bit far from metro station but really good to go to the Washington Square Park and Babbo, a famous restaurant that's worth visiting.”
