"Wrong bed! I booked a queen bed and it was 2 singles. No staff present, car park barrier locked us in, no one answered the phone or replied on email. Thankfully another disgruntled customer had the barrier exit code and I tailgated out. I decided to find another hotel nearby- this place is RANK"

"Stain on bed sheet pee and tissue in the toilet Room was also freezing cold and took hours to heat up. Curtains didn't meet in the middle. Water for shower wasn't hot at all Won't be staying there again. "

"Nearest shop I found was the Co-op in Kegworth. Room was clean and fine, but there was no info, eg that there's an alarm which goes off if you don't latch the kitchen door, who to contact and how I'm case of need. Prior to arrival, a map of the site showing checkin location would be useful. I booked with hotels.com. I was disconcerted to receive repeated, unexpected, curious-looking emails and phone messages threatening to cancel my booking if I didn't send my government id and a...

"The room and furnishing were very dated. I wiped the end tables and the coffee station with a wet wipe as they were quite dusty. The bathtub had rust damage so a bath was out of the question. Shower was fine. The trash cans were not emptied during my stay, the towels not changed. The bed seemed clean though and fairly comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was tasty."

"Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. "

"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops.
