โExcellent B&B easy parking Elizabeth and Doug are fantastic hosts. Fabulous breakfast. All baked goods homemade and delicious the tomato and basil egg bites were delicious. I would love the recipe. Elizabeth suggestion of the cove in Fall River was spot on โ
โClean comfortable well maintained hotel. Acceptable breakfast. If your crew is 5 choose king bed and sofa bed room. They donโt accommodate extrabed in the two queen beds room.
They gave us room with small kitchen and utensils it was good [this room has dish washer too!!] but you need to bring you dish washer soap.
I definitely recommend this hotel.โ
โI had booked a deluxe room for 4 nights, but they gave me a different room, and I had to move to the reserved deluxe room after 1 night, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the screen door on the balcony in the new room was torn, allowing many bugs to come in, so I had no choice but to keep the balcony door closed, which was very uncomfortable.โ
โThe rooms are clean, big and super comfortable. The location is 15-20 minutes from downtown Newport. We went for a labor day wedding and the prices of hotels in Newport were incredibly unaffordable for us, so this was the perfect solution. We got an Uber to get to an evening wedding on the water and everything worked out perfectly.โ
โThe staff was okay, no breakfast, coffee availability all through out the day. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of free parking. The deposit fee was $10 and the front desk staff tried to charge $150 which of course we did not pay. It was a bit loud outside at very late hours. Can walk around to places to eat. I rate the place 5/5 โ
โBeautiful spot, great for what you're paying for! The staff are incredibly kind and quick to help. Checking in and out was a super smooth and easy process. The beds were quite comfortable, and we found everything to our liking. Our room had a slightly musty smell, so we opened the door to air it out a bit. Otherwise it was 100% lovely all around. Many thanks to the staff for such an enjoyable stay!!!โ
