“The young woman that was working at the front desk the night we checked in was excellent. Friendly and good at her job. We got to our room and there weren't any pillows on the bed. I went back to the office and this same woman apologized and got us some pillows. The room wasn't dirty but there were some spots that could have been cleaned better. “Silent. Clean room. Easy to park. ”

“Easy five stars. The location could not have been more convenient. It’s right in the heart of Grove City Premium Outlets and within walking distance of pretty much everything. The property was clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced for the location. The pool was also excellent. It appeared to use a saltwater system instead of traditional chlorine, so the water felt much better and didn’t leave my skin feeling dry. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Good location, beside Grove City Outlet stores. Ample parking. 2 floors with elevator. Rear view rooms face west onto a field and are nice and quiet. King size bed was comfy, decent size TV, had a good size mini-fridge, desk size was good, has a reading chair as well. Facility is a little dated, rooms are ok. Perfect stop over with last minute outlet store shopping on the way to Toronto. Check-in was good. Good value for the price.”

“This property is advertised as dog friendly but it’s absolutely not dog friendly! Upon check in you’re given a document to sign that states that your pet is NOT allowed on the furniture or bedding and if they find ANY fur on either you will be charged an undisclosed cleaning fee. After showing this to my husband we chose not to stay. He went to the desk and asked for a refund of the room and pet fee. He was told that the manager was gone for the day and that she would issue a refund. One week...

“Great place to stay!”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this property because it was the only traditional hotel within walking distance of an event we were attending (Franklin Blues and BBQ Festival) so the rates were probably higher than normal. Our biggest complaint was the free hot breakfast. All 3 mornings were the same. Tasteless sausage patties and scrambled eggs. A handful of high carb offerings. Weak coffee and rock hard butter. The problem with Franklin is there are no restaurants "downtown"...

“The mattresses were uncomfortable.”

“A poor excuse for a hotel. The shower and the bathroom sink didn’t work well, the shower curtain was filthy, and the bath towel was the size of a hand towel. There was only one available outlet in the room, and one of the inputs was too loose to hold a plug. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and almost impossible to lock, and the curtain barely reached across the window/door. The staff was practically nonexistent. There were not enough towels, no coffee maker, and the “breakfast”...

“The only drawback for me was that the mattress was VERY firm so, hard to get comfortable on. The breakfast was a well thought out assortment of items for every one (basic continental) although the coffee was not good, dumped mine out. OVERALL they did a good job. Staff friendly & caring.”

“The view of the Allegany River is breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and clean. The decor makes it feel like home rather than a hotel room. The "take and go" breakfast has a very limited selection. However, the room and the other amenities by far outweigh the limited breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!”

“ELECTRIC WENT OUT AND PLACE WONT REFUND MY MONEY. PAID $200 MORE FOR HOT TUB AND COULDNT USE BECAUSE ELECTRIC WAS OUT ALL NIGHT. WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! OTHER THAN THAT THE STAFF AND PLACE WAS GREAT!”
