By far the biggest plus at the hotel were the staff. The were all exceptional and really warm. They offered great recommendations and Daniel the concierge was a standout. "

"Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and
spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. Upon check out we were asked if we wanted to use it and said yes. It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van. We waited about 15 minutes after it was scheduled to leave and no one ever came. It was at checkout time so the lobby was very busy and we didn’t have time...

"Fabulous hotel on the lake in St Moritz. Perfect location. Wonderful friendly staff. Room was comfortable and warm. Good breakfast included and dining options were good.
Spa was very welcome after days hiking. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day."

"The room was clean, modern, comfortable and well-equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, TV, plates and cutlery. The bathroom was modern with a lovely, spacious bathtub. The hotel was situated in the town of St Moritz around some restaurants and shops, but with picturesque mountain views in the background. 10-12 minute walk to the train station and the very beautiful St Moritz lake. There's also the shopping centre very close to the lake too. Breakfast was really lovely - continental breakfast...

"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. They gave us the free access to the public
spa next door and the gondola rides to see top of the mountain views. That’s a nice surprise! Only drawback is one hotel staff forgot to turn on the steam and sauna in the
spa in the hotel after our request. He also forgot to arrange the taxi after our request. More new staff training please. :)"
