“Staying at the Mason was fantastic! As I am also a in the Bahamas I pay close attention to detail and everything was A+. The response time from the host was super fast and we never felt in a quandary as to what to do. We arrived past the check in time of 12am and Ashish was there waiting when we arrived - flawless check in! I can’t say enough about the location but that it was near great restaurants, grocery stores and directly across from the Eaton Center Mall.

“I only stayed one night but this hotel checks all of the boxes! Clean, comfy and still close to everything you need downtown. The hotel is stylish, as are the rooms. My room was small but had floor to ceiling windows, and equipped with modern amenities like a Nespresso machine and power black out shades. The staff was helpful and friendly. I especially loved the in/out valet service. Will definitely stay again!”

"한국인에게 꽤 괜찮은 평점 때문에 다른곳을 가려다가 그냥 노보텔로 오게 되었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋았으나 아침에 갑작스럽게 직원이 마스터키로 문을 열고 들어와서 너무 놀라서 시차 적응도 못하고 그냥 일어났네요..1박뿐이라 컴플레인하기에도 애매해서 아무 말 없이 나왔으나 그 이후로 다른 호텔에서도 문을 이중으로 잠그고 의자도 두고 자게 되었어요ㅜㅜ"
