Good quality apartment hotel, helpful staff and plentiful breakfast. Also had a good dinner. Only downside is the surrounding environment. Half finished/abandoned building works. Normal for Morocco but its a shame. Be aware the place is 2.5 km from the Medina. 35 min walk (usually a cooling Atlantic breeze) or 10 MAD petit taxi

We had a penthouse with 2 bedrooms, and a really large terrace. The view was amazing. On site restaurant was good, breakfast buffet was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful and very clean. We liked the location close to the beach. We enjoyed the 30 minute walk to the medina along the coastline. The staff was excellent, so kind and professional!

The breakfast was fresh and delicious overlooking the ocean on the 4th floor. The hotel is really clean and less than 1 year old. The room was spacious and felt more like an apartment. Only downside is it's about a 1.5 mile walk to the medina/souq but it's only a few minute walk to the beach. It's such a beautiful and relaxing place. I would stay here again when i come back to Essaouira.

Top quality hotel, food, and service.great value.

Genuinely exceptional stay. The staff are friendly, attentive, and quietly professional, always present without ever being intrusive. The owner is visible throughout the day and in the restaurant every evening, making sure guests are comfortable and everything runs perfectly. The entire place is spotless: immaculate uniforms, tidy bar, calm atmosphere, and a real sense of pride in the work. My room faced the main seafront road into Essaouira from Diabat, yet I didn’t hear a single trace of traffic noise, a remarkable level of peace and soundproofing. The location is a little out of the way, but that’s an advantage: it’s quieter, more relaxed, and only an 8 MAD taxi ride to the Medina. The pool area and restaurant are spotless, and the food is excellent. For the standard of service and comfort provided, you’d easily pay double or more in the UK. Outstanding value, beautifully run, and genuinely one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommended.

We'll start with the best: the staff! It's a relatively new hotel so there are a few minor teething problems which we repoted and they were pleasantly addressed. We whole heatedly recommend.

Der Check-in war bei Expedia mit 12:00 Uhr angegeben, laut Rezeption jedoch erst ab 15:00 Uhr möglich. Bei unserer Ankunft um 12:30 Uhr hieß es, das Zimmer sei in 40 Minuten fertig. Nach zwei Stunden Wartezeit konnten wir es schließlich beziehen, während das Türschloss noch repariert wurde. Das Appartement ist grundsätzlich schön und modern, weist trotz des offensichtlich neuen Gebäudes aber bereits einige Mängel auf: Gardinenstangen hängen von der Decke, die Duschtür fehlte komplett, sodass das Bad regelmäßig unter Wasser stand, und der Duschkopf war stark verkalkt. Das WLAN war praktisch unbrauchbar. Die Verbindung war derart langsam und instabil, dass unsere Smartphones sie automatisch trennten. Zusätzlich sorgten Bauarbeiten direkt vor dem Appartement für ständigen Lärm. Der beworbene Meerblick war aus dem zweiten Stock kaum vorhanden. Die Fotos vermitteln hier einen deutlich besseren Eindruck als die Realität. Der Strand selbst ist schön, allerdings muss man sich erst mühsam einen Weg durch die Dünen suchen. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit viel Potenzial, bei der es leider an grundlegender Instandhaltung und Organisation mangelt.

Séjour parfait dans un hôtel très propre et très classe! Nous sommes arrivés en avance et on nous a gentillement donné la chambre. Le personnel est très souriant et trés poli! Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement parfait et trés bon et une mention spéciale pour les serveurs qui sont au petit soin pour les clients .
