Nous avons réservé une quadruple chambre à l'hôtel le khan Mogador 3 étoiles avec spa et petit déjeuner continental inclus avec mon accès VIP pour 2 nuits. En arrivant à l'hôtel la réception nous dit qu'ils doivent nous faire une relocalisation à un autre hôtel (hôtel Riad Benatar) car leur hôtel a été privatisé. On arrive à notre nouvelle et on voit que c'est bien en-dessous des standards pour lesquels on a payé. En effet c'est un hôtel 2 étoiles, avec une petite chambre localisée plus loin du centre Nous nous retrouvions bloqués car on a plus la possibilité de réserver une bonne chambre vu que tout est complet dans la ville et cependant nous réalisons que la chambre dans laquelle on est, est bien inférieur à nos standards voulus

En general bien, en teoría se podía pagar con tarjeta pero al llegar informaron que era solo en efectivo, un poco inconveniente. El estado del riad super bien, el desayuno ok.

L hôtel est bien placé, petit déjeuner de qualité et personnel agréable et professionnel.Malheuresent les prestations énoncés ne sont pas au rendez-vous pas de spa il ne fonctionne pas depuis un moment et la propreté des bain de soleil est a revoir.Nous aurions aimé profiter de notre séjour détente comme cela aurait dû être le cas.Un geste commercial serait apprécié pour palier à notre déception. Jacuzzi was vies, je deur kan niet op slot waardoor het niet veilig is. De eigenares was onvriendelijk tegen haar personeel. Ontbijt is afgemeten en niet lekker. Er wordt geprobeerd je taxi’s, massages, etc aan te smeren als upselling…

Une très belle expérience à renouveler !

Un joli Riad à Essaouira, épuré et décoré avec goût et beaucoup d'amour. Blotti au creux d'une petite ruelle calme et pittoresque, il est idéalement situé au cœur de la médina de l'ancienne Mogador. Notre hôte, Corinne, est d'une grande gentillesse et nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils. Les chambres sont propres et joliment décorées. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse du Riad était aussi super. Un séjour de deux nuits que nous garderons précieusement dans nos cœurs... Encore merci Corinne! Pierre & Janaï
