편리하고 깨끗한 호텔

전 기대 이상이였습니다. 사진만 봤을땐 그저 그랬는데... 시설이 로맨틱하거나 부틱한건 아니지만... 모로코에서 묵은 숙소 중 가장 깨끗했고 부엌에 주방 도구들이 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 모로코 식당들의 저렴하고 훌륭한 식사덕분에 주방을 이용할 필요가 없었지만요...직원들도 친절했고, 위치도 시장과 도보로 10분 거리라 만족했습니다.

This was a great option in Essaouira. One block from beach, wonderful price for one bedroom, and everything within walking distance. Really enjoyed my four days.

Chambre très propre, tout est lavé et changer tous les jours, le personnel veille à ce qu'on est une place juste devant et on avait bien une vue sur la mer de l'appartement ainsi que sur la terrasse....

Huge apartment- friendly staff, very efficient check-in and a parking space directly outside. Great location 10 minutes walk from the medina and harbour.

Very close to the beach and several good restaurants. Very clean room and bathroom. They even provide beach towels! Friendly staff. Lovely terrace for relaxing and/or ‘picnicking’, with a beautiful view of the ocean. There are also a couple of convenience stores nearby. Within walking distance to Medina. About 15-20 minutes. Only drawbacks were that the WiFi was spotty and it was missing was the laundry facilities (posting had mentioned it was available). We really enjoyed our stay here!

Cet emplacement est idéal, si vous voulez visiter le port aller dans les souk, et avoir des petits restos à proximité, tout se fait très bien à pied. Le personnel était très chaleureux et bienveillant . Toutefois, nos bémols sont les suivants : l’activité nocturne est incessante. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas réussi à bien dormir les deux nuits, car le bruit est constant que ce soit les jeunes qui jouent à l’extérieur jusqu’à 1h du matin, suivie, de la musique, à fond de train, et que dire du chien qui hurle sa vie toute la nuit . Nous avions beau avoir des bouchons pour dormir, le bruit était trop intense et ce peu importe la chambre, car nos amis dormaient dans une autre chambre, et c’était la même chose pour eux. De plus, il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, ni de ventilation fourni. Les fenêtres n’ont pas de moustiquaire donc si vous voulez avoir un courant d’air vous devez ouvrir les fenêtres ce qui fait que les moustiques rentrent. Finalement, nous avons eu le malheur de trouver une Coquerel dans la cuisine. Donc en gros le gros l’emplacement et la vue est idéale si c’est ce que vous recherchez.

L'appartement est spacieux, très propre, et bien garni en ustensiles de cuisine. L'hôte est très sympathique. La résidence est située à 15 minutes à pieds de la médina. Par contre, je note 2 erreurs sur l'annonce : 1 : il n'y a pas de parking. Il faut se stationner dans la rue (certes gratuite). 2 : il n'y a aucun système d'insonorisation comme cela est indiqué. On entends tout ce qui se passe dans l'immeuble, et surtout tout ce qui se passe dans la rue... sachant que les soirées sont très animées. Attention aussi à la vue : oui on voit un peu la mer et la plage, mais on voit surtout un immeuble pas très beau en face. Autre point négatif : il y a du Wifi, mais tellement lent que presque inutilisable.

Nur die Terrasse wo man aufs Meer schauen kann war das einzige schöne an diesem Appartement , am ersten Tag wollte der Vermieter das das Zimmer jeden Tag geputzt haben obwohl ich es nicht mochte!. Liebe Leser oder Expedia verbietet diese Leuten das Sie eine seriöse Seite wie Expedia nutzen . Es ist nur betrügerische Masche und kontrolliert euer Gepäck es ist nicht sicher und ich habe das in keinem Residence gehört das der Gastgeber bestimmt wann was gemacht werden soll so eine Sturheit und Respektlosigkeit habe ich nie erlebt. Sie haben mich gezwungen das ,das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll. Sonst wollten Sie mich rauswerfen ohne mir das Geld zu erstatten!!!

Beautiful Residence in Essouira

My friend and I made our last stop in Essouira to conclude our 3 week birthday vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming our host Zachariah was(my apologies if I spelled that wrong). The residence was beautiful and walking distance from everything..ie the beach, Medina, restaurants, bus depots etc. The terrace of the hotel had the most amazing view. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting essouira, as well I would stay here again.

Nice apartment except for the cats.

Initially the manager did not have my hotels.com booking. It took a phone call to hotels.com for the booking to be confirmed and then honoured. The main thing I didn't like about the place were the numerous cats that n and around the building - stank of cats. We also didn't have a balcony in our room on the first floor , which ended up being ok as Essaouira is such a cold windy place that we couldn't actually use the rooftop terrace anyway. Otherwise it was a lovely apartment with crisp white sheets & fluffy thick towels, daily room service , about 15 minutes stroll along the beach promenade to the medina & port. There was plenty of crockery & pans to allow us to cook at home & dishwashing liquid & scourer to clean them with. The manager gave us lots of information about where to eat etc. & there was an information booklet with a very helpful map of the beachfront & medina.

Excellent location for the beach

In general... Satisfied with the experience. Maybe some improvements like providing handwash and more scouring pads and better washing liquid. Just didnt feel like it kills 99.9% germs

Everything great

Everything was great, from the staff (Nordine the owner leaves in the building and is amazing) to the rooms, to the location (just behind the beach, with great view from the roof). I'll book again when I come back!

Amazing stay

Residence Louzani was the perfect place for us! The rooms were bright and spacious, we had a sea view which was lovely to wake up to, they were cleaned everyday to a spotless condition. The roof terrace was large and relaxing with an open sea view just across the street. The owner Zakaria was kind, welcoming and very helpful, such a lovely man. A short walk from the medina, port and all the restaurants you could ask for. Essouria is a beautiful place and Louzani is the place to stay!
