"Excellent hotel. Brand new, very nice rooms, great breakfast (10++), great sauna and gym, …, next to a very nice Shopping mall, 2-3 mins walking distance to the central plaza, …, in summary, in my opinion the best place to stay in Bolzano!"

"Rooms were pristine and staff was very helpful! Beds were super comfy too. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Bolzano. They have a washer/dryer for you to do laundry if needed! About 8€ total for both."

"We had an amazing experience! The amenities were beautiful and phenomenal, including a pool where we could really relax, a sauna, and an outdoor bar. The restaurant was fantastic! We received excellent service and the food was top-notch. The manager, Chisto, and our servers were impeccable! We’re definitely planning to return and stay again!"

"The Grand Hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the Historical Town, including shops , restaurants, a mountain view and close proximity to the cable car and walking trails to Doss Trento. Staff were very helpful with directions and answering questions. Hotel is clean with very nice bathroom amenities. Hotel also has a lively bar and restaurant ."
