"The whole process from check in to check out was easy. Staff answered all my questions and fulfilled all my request for towels, toilet paper etc. I wish there was an option to have staff clean the room for stays longer than 3 days."

"My wife and I stayed at this property for 20 nights and had a pretty good stay. The front staff speak English well enough for clear check in and interactions. They are friendly and always open to providing assistance. They provide free water and other drinks in the lounge area. The studio was mostly clean with some dust in the unused AC and bathroom door hinge that should have been cleaned first. My wife also detected a smell in the bathroom that was possibly in the grout and was cleaned in...

I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it. Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. "
