A friend and I took 3 kids to stay the night, we arrived around 5:30-5:45pm. The kids went swimming for around 20 minutes, after, they complained of their throats and eyes hurting and their skin turned red with mild rashes. Definitely too much chlorine in the pool area. The teens had their own room, adjoined to ours, the kids bed had dried blood on the sheets. The manager was called as I requested a refund. The audacity of the manager to ask "why did it take so long for the kids to notice the blood on the sheets?" was shocking. The door knob to the adjoining room came off as I opened the door as well. We left in the middle of the night as the only person who treated us like people was the third shift receptionist. I will be contacting as many higher ups as I have to, to make sure this situation is taken care of. I don't care about getting the refund so much as the amount of complaints about this hotel and for some reason, it's still in business.

Amazing stay
We stayed at this hotel for a childs birthday party! We all had a blast. The only thing i wish was different was that there would be more pool towels. We asked the front desk and they told us there was no more towels. Breakfast was amazing! Also when you make the reservation they ask you if you need anything. And i asked for a down stairs room when we got there they told me we were up stairs. I kindly asked if we could get a room down stairs due to not being able to use stairs. She took care of that right away for us.

Reserved a room with a king size bed, was given a room with 2 queens. No big deal, but why give me the option if I can't have it? First impressions are in line with previous reviews, older property that is fairly well kept but could use some updating. Not bad for the location and price though.

The ladies were great but the property needs a lot of updates. The bedding had stains, the towels were old and ragged. The floor was dirty and the room smelled old and musty.

Not what we expected
We first were given a room with 2 queens instead of a king as expected. The beds were not made and the faucet only had hot water. They then moved us to another room that was just ok. We did not bother to eat breakfast there.

It was quiet in the room. You couldn't hear anything outside your room. No cars passing it people going to their room. The staff was really nice.

Zero Stars
Reserved a king room, got 2 double beds because they were overbooked. Beds were uncomfortable. Tub looked dirty but I believe it was a stain. Bathroom fan barely worked. Overall the hotel is rundown, in need of repairs and updates.

Counter Imbecile looked and acted like She was loaded on Drugs, On the phone when I entered so I waited patiently only to be finally told”after handing over my ID”, we don’t have a room for you.! Even though was RESERVED AND PAID FOR THROUGH HOTELS.com 10:30pm had to drive south another 35 minutes away to pay for a $215 room which in my mind was so worth it! What price can you put on Having an Excellent night sleep and Not Dealing with Complete Incompetence. That’s Priceless

Pleasant stay
Overall our stay was pleasant. The biggest glitch was that the cable didn’t work in our first room so on the second day of our three day stay we had to move to another room.

I read the reviews before I booked this so my expectations were realistic. A lot of the reviews stated that the beds were not comfortable and this was an understatement. I could not stand up straight for about a half hour after waking up. The room looked clean enough but when I found an empty mini liquor bottle on the floor beside the bed, I could only hope that the sheets were at least clean. Against my better judgment, I smelled them and the pillow cases and they smelled clean, so I ended up staying in that room and just turned in the bottle to the front desk the next day, letting them know I found it on the floor. The only thing that was very concerning is the fact that the door in the back of the hotel was unlocked the whole time I was there. This is supposed to be able to be opened only with a room key. This is extremely unsafe and should be addressed immediately.

Sorry that he had bad experience far as the mattress. We normally get compliments for our beds being so comfortable. Thank God we are in a very safe city and we never had a problem . We were lucked out because originally we were planning to stay in a camp ground , The night we booked the hotel it was raining hard and we were glad to be able to find that Osceola hotel had room available . It was good and the only regrets that We should’ve booked for a downstairs because no elevator at the hotel, I know it’s only two floors. 😎

This hotel was a bit dated but the price was reasonable. These are trying times for businesses and their staff. The staff was excellent. The only problem was their is no elevator to the second level. They did offer to take our bags up. I would have no problem booking this hotel again. The desk personnel was excellent. I will remember to book 1st floor next time. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Loved the flowers. The landscaping was very appealing. You could smell the beautiful scent of all the flowers in bloom.

Employee at desk was nice. Our room was right over the front door entrance, so you could hear whenever someone came into hotel, even though there were not many guest this is the room we received. Our TV remote didn't work, employee could not get it to work, she didn't offer to move us into another room. We left the AC off when we left the room for a few hours, when we came in the room it was very musky smelling. No elevator even though we checked in with our elderly mom, we were not asked if we wanted a room on the 1st floor and were given a room on second floor.
