Parking is $45/night, but is not mentioned when booking the room. The room lacked a robe, lotion. You could tell that it was prepared in a hurry. If you have to call the hotel for any reason, be prepared to get a 1800... sales number, to wait, be disconnected and repeat the whole cycle again. There is no direct number to the reception/front desk. The restaurant/tavern on the 1st floor was very, very slow, yet expensive. Be prepared to wait for an hour in the morning just for eggs, pancakes and coffee. Staff appear to be nice, but only because they are waiting for tips. "

"The hotel could use a basic "refresh". While my room was a nice size, it was a bit run down and could use an overall upgrade. The staff was great - Shane is wonderful! I was not clear when housekeeping was to come. Towels were changed every day, but my bed was only made 1 out of the 3 days I was there. Good location. "

"It was an okay stay. Staff was really nice however after a long competition day we did not get any sleep. There was a loud crashing noise all night from the floor above us. Cheerleaders were screaming, running and cursing throughout the halls all night. Room could have been cleaner. "
