"The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and friendly and always ready to help or assist. I will definitely stay at Ala Moana again! They also serve a delicious breakfast buffet. "

"We were only there briefly, less than 12 hours in between flights, so we didn’t experience the pool or other amenities, and I can’t tell you anything about its location other than the fact that it was convenient to the airport. However, all our needs were met—it was a nice, quiet room, the king size bed was comfortable enough, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. We selected from a fixed menu for breakfast , which was for takeout only, and ate our eggs, fried rice and Portuguese sausage in an area off the lobby, rather than eating in our room. The shuttle picked us up from the airport on demand, and left the hotel on the hour to go to the hotel. I don’t like paying $30 in “resort fees” when we certainly didn’t benefit from resort style amenities or services, but that’s pretty common. All in all, decent value, and we’d stay there again."

"From start to finish amazing experience I highly recommend the higher floors for the views and book the ocean front room while you’re at it. Once you figure out the layout of the place it’s easy going and staff is smooth sailing from beginning to end. Will be back again soon."

"The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from the ocean. Housekeeping staff always smiled at my requests. Hotel is always clean and orderly. Extremely happy with my stay!"
