"Of all my years of being an Expedia Traveler, I have never experienced such a terrible experience as my stay at this hotel. I hired their transfer service from the airport. The directions where to be picked up were outdated, no way to contact the hotel as they posted an old phone number that is Out of Service, no way to communicate with the hotel. Even on their Web Page the phone number was wrong. A very aggressive driver who spent most of the time with his phone on his hand finally arrived...
