“Spent the first half hour hoovering cobwebs from bedrooms....toilet floor was damaged and spongy......little disappointing really because we've stayed in this block of cottages before.....”

“スタッフはとても良かったです。 1号室の狭い部屋を予約したのは自分達の責任ですが、あまりにも狭すぎました。また、塩素？のような香りが強すぎて、ずっと窓を開けていましたが、香りに敏感な者にとっては、苦痛でした。シャワー、洗面台の排水が悪く水が流れにくく溢れそうになるまで、水が上がってきました。また、上の階の騒音が酷く、歩く音、トイレの音、シャワーの音が全てすごく響きました。洗面所のドアも壊れて閉まらなくなり、一晩開けっぱなしでした。流石に耐えかねて翌朝相談したら部屋を変更してくださいました。ご対応ありがとうございました。 朝食は美味しく、スタッフのお2人の対応は、とても良かったです。”

“부부가 운영하는 작은 호텔이다 . 호텔은 깨끗하고 분위기가 있으며 주변 지역도 조용했다. 호텔에서 Orrest Head까지 도보로 30분 정도 소요되어 산책을 즐길 수 있다. 저녁 식사와 아침 부페는 대단히 훌륭하고, 특히 디너는 이번 영국 여행 중 최고로 훌륭하고 맛있는 식사였다.”

“저에게는 가격대비 굉장히 좋은 숙소였던것 같습니다 우선 위치는 윈더미어 역에서 걸어서 5~8분 정도 걸렸던 것 같구요 한 골목만 나가면 윈더미어쪽의 나름 번화가라 맛집들이 있어 저녁먹기 좋았습니다 직원분들 친절하셨고 방이 2층이었는데 주인 아저씨가 짐은 다행히 들어주셨습니다. 싱글룸 이었는데 방 시설이나 화장실 상태도 좋았습니다 ( 그런데 냉장고는 아쉽지만 없었습니다) 무엇보다도 조식이 최고였는데요 잉글리쉬 브랙퍼스트를 제대로 맛볼수 있었습니다”
