장애인 시설을 이용 했는데 너무 좋았어요. 야외 스파도 좋았고요. 직원들도 매우 친절 했습니다. 아쉬움이 있다면 주변에 갈만한 곳이 없다라는것 ㅠㅠ

We checked in just to drop off our items then went to Frisco for the evening out. We got in pretty late and when we pulled the sheets back, the bed was nasty and dirty. We had to wait for someone to come to the room and the person they said was someone who didn’t even know how to make the bed right very inconvenient for a very tired, elderly person.

I pay 200 for a 2 bed room and I did a reservation and when I got there they told me they were out of the 2 bed room and gave me a only a room with a single bed

Mom and Dad over night
Hotel room was clean and very large. We did have a couple of issues but were fixed quickly. One was TV would not turn on, turned out it had a loose wire. Easy fix. The other was there was only one large towel. Called down to desk explained the towel issue and also asked for an extra blanket. Within 5 minutes received towels and blanket.

Arrived close to midnight and there was about 10 people in the lobby very drunk and loud I could barely hear the lady at the front desk. The room itself was a bit dirty with hairs in the sheets and just not cleaned with detail. There were people walking the halls all hours of the night slamming doors. Early in the morning house keeping was in the hallway on the phone very loud and tried to enter our room before checkout. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Property is looking a little shaggy. Worn and dirty carpets on the 2nd floor. Pealing wallpaper in room 227. The handicap shower in room 227 was great.

Front desk was able to accommodate us 45 mins early. But room was just ok. Tub had water still. Lamp shade is all cracked and broken. Pillows are flat and bed is hard.

Parking lot full of homeless people. Police activity all night long. Did not get any sleep. Did not feel safe. Priced like a 5 star hotel in reality it was a 1.
