"Room was clean and very nice. Parking was easy. We walked to a concert at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center. Would definitely stay again for downtown Asheville visits/events."

"Pool was closed for repairs which was not listed online. Otherwise stay was very nice, clean and comforting. No interactions occurred with staff to review. We did encounter 2 black bears on the property when exiting our vehicle at night - nothing scary though - they were unbothered by us, and let us pass by no issues. "

"Stay is always nice. Beautiful property, i'm really comfortable to stay at. If they had a pool, that would be wonderful, they keep saying they're planning one.But that hasn't happened yet. Location is great. It's right across from the entrance to built.More estate is part of built more village. Lots of dining and shopping are in a short walk and even a short drive away. Redstag restaurant inside is superb. It is a higher end restaurant, so it's gonna be pricey. But was well worth the price. The red stag bar is really nice. The property has some very inviting fireplaces right in the center right across from the check in area.Very comfortable to relax and just chill out for a little bit. Having your car ready when you need to leave to go on.Errands or leaving the property is quite fast. Very nice place to stay on the higher end.But still, far less than some of the more upscale places in town."
"This resort is second to none. I visited the spa during an overnight day from Friday to Saturday. Drove 3.5 hours from Atlanta and the drive was certainly worth it. The spa was very well organized. The spa staff was especially attentive and the experience was magical. The pool area of the spa is very picturesque, giving mountain oasis. On Friday nights, the main restaurant offers a seafood buffet that was the best seafood buffet I have ever experienced. The room was clean and modern. The fitness center was a short walk from the main hotel but provided everything I needed; very large facility. 10 out of 10 for the overall stay. Will definitely return! "
