โThe staff were very friendly and helpful as well as compensated us without hesitation for a mistake that came up with our booking. The hotel was quiet and clean and was a great place to relax after being out for the day.โ
โMy wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. I'm satisfied with everything, but there is one thing I'm disappointed with. Room cleaning is done only once a week. I would like to do this at least once every 2-3 days. I stayed 6 nights, but only 1 towel and toilet paper were prepared, so I had to ask for extra. If the pitcher is staying for several days, I would like to prepare towels and toilet paper in advance.โ
โThis was my third stay in Anantara hotel around the globe. As expected, the service was wonderful, staff very friendly, a nice room with a view of the grand canal. The breakfast was less impressive compared to other anatara sites, but we enjoyed our stay. โ
โA block from the He'penny Bridge, so quick and easy access to the Temple Bar region. Close to cheap eats, M&S grocery for grab and go snacks. Very quiet. Room windows open up to a central courtyard, so you only get bird sounds and fresh air. The rooms are compact, so not for those who need to spread out or bring lots of luggage. TV in room. Bed comfortable. Water hot. Quiet. Convenient to sites. All we needed.โ
โThe property had a blend of old and new the quality of the rooms were excellent and contemporary. The cafe and bar/dining area had a historic feel with chic furniture.
Everything was Clean and shiny. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The area around the hotel is currently under redevelopment so it is not as attractive as it may be in the future.โ
โVery good hotel. Real good staff and service. Francisco at the front desk was helpful. Only thing is rooms are small but I guess, that is how it is in Europe. Enjoyed our stay!! Will stay here again if we come to Dublin again.โ
