“The hotel was immaculate, staff were very helpful and there was plenty of parking. The only thing that I had a slight problem with that annoyed me a little was a housekeeper going down the hall tapping on doors to remind people it was near check out time. We are all adults and not my first and will not be the last time I stay at a hotel. I am aware of checkout time.”

“Terrible experience. I felt like a second class citizen. Outside door on ground level. Dangerous. All the handicapped rooms are outside while all others are internal hallways. No roll in shower, seat or bars. Closet bar too high to hang clothes. All dishes and glasses unreachable. Absolutely not a usable room. You have to go ousde in the rain for ice, pool or breakfast. Asked for a different room. Staff huffed, rolled her eyes. I was unhappy and was dismissed by her telling the other employee...

“From the moment you arrive, you can tell that the property isn’t very well maintained. My room itself looked clean, but the towels were dirty and had what looked like lipstick stains on them. The bathtub drain was also very slow, and then maintenance was making a lot of noise in the room above mine, which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, checkout is at noon, but housekeeping tried to open my door at 11:00 a.m. to clean the room. They tried twice, even after I told them I wasn’t ready...

“I would rather sleep in the car then stay here. Upon my arrival I had a bad feeling because nothing looked like it did on the pictures when I was booking my stay. I asked if I can look at the room before I decide to stay and I was informed that there would be penalties if I decide to cancel so I told them I don’t care. Once I saw the room I knew I got screwed. The place smelled dirty and rooms were nothing like they present to you online, plus there was no TV in my room. I was very disappointed...
