Overall the staff was helpful and the toom was clean. Communication was a bit of a struggle but was manageable and staff was polite above all else. This place definitely delivers on its price range - not fancy, slightly sketch part of town, etc. However, the room was clean and I received no hassle for my dogs, and my pet deposit was refunded promptly. I wouldnt stay here with my family, but would definitely book again in a linch when traveling through.

Our room had dirty bedding talked to property manager assured me that it would be taken care of immediately. My husband had to go speak with owner of property who called Brittany in from her day off. She came in cleaned the entire room changed bedding. The manager needs to be replaced by someone that actually cares about the customer. You ask me a person that goes in and takes care work that wasnt done properly that should be the manager thats an individual that cares about the customers. The owner took care of us wish we would have been given a discount.

The place was adequate, but needs a renovation. As one of the cheapest places to stay in Fargo, it served our needs. The location was excellent.

Absolutely disgusting place. Drug dealing going on in the rooms - there seemed to be people smoking meth in the rooms, people loitering and talking loudly outside by our cars, room was filthy with dirty towels and seemed to be unfinished repairs going on in the room. We were scared and repulsed and left without staying. DO NOT STAY HERE. We want our money back!

Was a terrible experience - paid for a kingsize bed and ended up with a hole in the wall small double bed room. People walking up and down hallways all hours of the night and early morning. Room & hall smelled of dope.

It was clean and affordable. This place gets a bad rap but the staff are amazing and they keep the rooms clean. Its an old vuilding and trash gets built up giving it a bad rap but people mind their own business and this a great place to rest when need be

Dirty hotel with crazy people

dirty footprints all over the room like somebody just mopped the floor and then walked all over the floor with dirty shoes. Then the dirty footprints dried. Hot and cold was reversed at the shower so when you think you have it on hot, it’s actually cold and vice versa. crazy people roaming around hotel. Well lit parking lot at least. Pools closed indefinitley
