“A rainstorm had just knocked out the power, so I had almost cancelled my room, but the power was restored just as I started to give the other hotel my CC info. During the whole time, the front desk staff were accommodating and trying to help as much as possible which helped me to decide to keep my reservation. The breakfast was good also and a 12 pm check out time allowed me to get a couple of virtual calls done in the room.”
