“The location is beautiful overlooking the city and the hills. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property is stunning and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast spread was very good. We walked to a local restaurant for dinner; walk was beautiful and diner was tasty.

“This is an amazing place to stay. Car parking is safe and in an enclosed gate.
The owners and chef were so kind. We loved the dinner prepared by the chef!
Beautifully updated villa with all the accommodations of a 5 star hotel. Located in a small village outside of Bologna and very close to the train station for a quick ride to town. Pamper yourself a stay here!”

“Really well cared for apartment. Excellent communication from owner.
Couple of points - this is on the third floor, no lift.
Some confusion over charges for use of sofa bed. Very prompt and understanding resolution from owner but if you have to pay to use the sofa bed as a twin room then probably other options might be better value for money.
If you arrive after dark, the courtyard is pitch black and therefore not great. Appreciate that needs agreement of the building owners but think it...
