The front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The room was terrible, filthy bathroom floors along with roaches, the furnishings around the room were in rough shape, and the room had a moldy/ musty smell. I was immediately unsatisfied, and I went back to the front desk to request a refund which I was granted. The customer service was great, and it was no hassle checking in and getting a refund shortly after. For the hotel room I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff is really nice..like really nice. The room was clean and also was very roomy I stayed for 3 weeks and If i need a long term stay i would stay here. The kitchen was the perfect size it was just 2 of us and it was roomy. The motel is close by a grocery store,restaurants,movies,the dollar store anything you need.

The hotel is close by everything you need,dollar stores,grocery stores, laundry mat,restaurants....the staff was very nice and helpful i even got my packages delivered here...i would definitely recommend

The staff tried to be helpful. The hotel was infested with roaches, bugs termites & flies. No tv in room 237. Shower stall was dirty, microwave was disgusting it was so nasty, deadbolt on door is loose, dirt and trash left behind the furniture. Missing and dim lights. Cigarett holes in my sheets. Overall, my worst hotel experience

Room 326 has no microwave. Been here for a week now and asked for one to only be told to use the one in the lobby. Some rooms have things that others dont. Bed comfortable. Fridge works excellent. As farvas this particular room, i rate it a 5

Joe's apartment alterations of your stay just take

Overall the staff was very helpful everything with check in and check out went smoothly the first room we were put in didn't have a TV microwave or blankets or pillows the next room they put us in it was kind of like the movie Joe's apartment if you seen the movie you'll understand other than that didn't have many issues except for every time I left my room I had to go get a new key card because it didn't work.

This property was roach infested a very disgusting property. I spoke to the front counter guy three times and I asked is there anything that I have to worry about being at your hotel because I’m coming from Georgia? My husband and I both were coming from Georgia he says no once we get there a guy from another hotel room came out told me hey make sure you shake your stuff off before you load it back up in your car because there’s mad roaches in this hotel. I asked the guy how much did you pay he said oh I didn’t have to pay for anything. I didn’t have to pay for it at all. I gave him three jerseys and they gave me a room do not and I repeat again. Do not stay at this property.

On a scale from 1 to 10, I give a 8.5. The only problem was the water from the shower head was slow. It also took a few minutes for the water to be slightly warm for showering.

The pillowcases and sheets did not feel like they had been washed, there was trash all over the breezeway, and just filth all over the property, it felt like I was living in a dumpster

When we first got there the room stunk. The fridge didnt work and there was no microwave or coffe maker and i was under the impression there was to be a couch in the room also but they said they havent had any in the room in years. The pictures on the web site is very misleading. It shows couches in the rooms and updated fridge, microwave etc.Then the next day my husband talk to the manager and he apologized and moved us to another room. This room was ok but the microwave didn't work and still no coffe maker. Not to metion the bugs in this room. And someone tried to break into out hotel room while we were there. I was so disgusted with it all and scared for my life but i didnt have the money to go to another hotel. I will never book this hotel again. And i will never recommend it to anyone. We were told we would atleast get a refund for one of the nights but we haven't seen a dime. Its been enough time for us to receive one but hadnt. This is the worst hotel i have been in so far.
