10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Staff were exceptionally helpful, no request was too much trouble. Exceptional breakfast with a fantastic view, it was a lovely way to start each day. Fantastic pool, and loved the private beach and beach bar. This was set in beautiful gardens and very old olive trees and loungers had lots of space around so you weren’t on top of other people. It was such a relaxing place to stay. Would come and stay here again."

La Maison Corfu - Adults Only

"Just returned from 8 nights at La Maison - a small boutique hotel - really lovely - the rooms were spotless, the staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was great with a good selection to choose from. Pool area lovely although the loungers are starting to look a little tired and you can’t move the parasols so you are in direct sunlight for a lot of the time. There is no bar or food facility in the evenings which is a shame as some evenings we didn’t want to go out or would have liked a last drink when coming back from an evening out. The hotel is very close to the main area of Ipsos - literally a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants - Ipsos itself was a good base to explore but a little tired and I would say more for the younger crowd (we are mid 50’s). Caught a blue bus from the bus stop outside the first restaurant on the strip to Corfu Town (about 30-40 mins) - Corfu Town was lovely with shops and restaurants plentiful but very busy. Hired mopeds for a couple of days from Datona on the strip and found a some lovely spots. Overall a great week - hotel 9/10 - Ipsos 7/10 - hope that helps other travellers 😊"

Rodostamo Hotel & Spa - Adults friendly

"Had a bungalow (not actually a bungalow - these are 2 x apartments, one stacked on top of the other) on the hillside. Really lovely apartment, great facilities and (if you go for a sea view) wonderful views. There's a funicular lift or you can walk up the (many!) steps or hillside to get to the hillside apartments. They are set in very nice grounds and have a table and chairs, hot tub, and sunbeds on a terrace/balcony. Great location to either relax or you can use the buses (a short walk away up a small hill) to get around the island very easily (Corfu Town is the main bus hub but you can also get around the north east side of the island by connections at Dassia or across country by connecting at Gouvia). Huge variety of items at breakfast, nice restaurant, outdoor gym and lovely pool. Can definitely recommend!"

Iolida Corfu Resort by Smile Hotels

"We had a lovely time at Iolida Corfu. Everything was just perfect. All the staff were amazing but a special shout out to Alex at the reception for always being helpful and so welcoming. We were there for a friends reunion and had such an amazing time. Thank you so much to the dining team, bar team, reception team and everyone because of whom we had such a wonderful experience. We had the all inclusive option and were happy with everything. There was always something different each day with fresh salads and good main meal options for both vegetarian and meat eaters. And the puddings were just delicious. The resort was clean and the views from the room absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Iolida Corfu. Thank you so much."

"The hotel was nice, we had a nice room with an excellent view. Breakfast was well laid out and nice to sit outside by the pool area every morning. Staff very friendly and helpful and a gorgeous friendly dog too. The pool was excellent and well maintained. The addition of AC in the rooms was very welcome! Overall we had a great time there. Just two things to mention: the hill up to the hotel is very steep and long, and secondly there isn't much around in terms of choice of restaurants if you're on foot. Highly recommend getting a car or you might feel stranded. Lastly, and I think this is an Expedia problem: when searching for a hotel in the area, we ticked the Breakfast option, however when we got there, Breakfast was not included in the price. Not a huge problem but an unexpected additional expense. But to be clear: this is an Expedia issue and not the hotel itself. We liked it there and would definitely come back. Highly recommended."
