โTwo adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine.
Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & donโt rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you โ
โI was working in the area and needed somewhere with a gym and pool. Found this gem and I wasn't disappointed.
The gym was great for a hotel and the pool area was amazing.
Everything here that was needed, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The restaurant and food were superb and again the staff were great.
Couldn't fault this place for a first visit.
I will return.โ
โWe booked this for its proximity to family after flying in from Australia and I didnโt expect much. While not a fancy hotel, we had a lovely stay with our young family. We arrived late and check in was made very very easy. Our room was huge, very clean and very comfortable. Staff the next morning were very accomodating and we enjoyed breakfast. Thanks for taking care of us!โ
โGreat hotel: nice and very clean room. Good parking facilities. Excellent breakfast: full English Breakfast (buffet) and various fruit, bread, etc. Nice Health Club with excellent swimming pool.โ
โWhat an amazing, reasonably priced and idealistic hotel!
With breakfast included, it was worth returning again and we shall do.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Highly recommended.โ
โComfortable room and excellent supper in the restaurant. There were 2 of us with bikes and very kindly were allowed to store them overnight in the hotel. Excellent stopover if completing the Wolf Way bike trail. โ
โStoke by Nayland Resort is a wonderful retreat in the heart of Constable Country. The setting is stunning, the rooms are comfortable, and the spa and dining are top-class. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. A special thanks to Giuseppe, one of the Walters, whose warm and attentive service made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommendedโwe canโt wait to return!โ
โLovely quiet and massive grounds covered in nature and very well kept, the accomodations were lovely and everything whilst on the higher end price wise was worth every penny. Would happily return. Some of the staff really set the hotel apart by being more accomodating than most โ
โWe stayed two nights for the 2025 Clacton airshow. The hotel has good (free for guests) parking and is about a 30 minute walk to Clacton pier. Alternatively buses run along the front. We stayed in room 20 which had a Sea view on the second floor (note there are no lifts). The room was clean and tidy with cofee and tea making facilities and a TV (no fridge), also free (good) WI-FI. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and the bar was nice, well stocked and amply staffed. The bar area was...
