“I paid for a room with a window the window does not open. Was so hot no air on. The room was not clean stains on the bedding the floor was covered in dust and human hair. You go into the bathroom there was a huge nail sticking out on the floor. Booked 2 people only got 1 towel? The staff behind desk was nice. But will never go back.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this visit. We were exhausted from our trip and they just were amazing and made us feel great. This place was so rejuvenating and I didn’t even get a chance to try their spa. Their attention to every little detail was awesome. I strongly urge anyone going to Ipswich to stay at this hotel. “We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please.
