Red Tree Lodge

Red Tree Lodge

8/10 Good
"This was a great little find. Really unique “living spaces” a library room, games room, little movie theatre. If staying more than one night, so much to take advantage of. The pool was decent, but the spa and sauna were awesome- just hard to find because they aren’t with the pool. When we asked for the pool the staff sent us to the pool, but didn’t mention that the sauna and spa were in a different, unconnected location. There are two separate basements. Anyway, we found one poster in the stairwell mentioning east and west basements, and then we got the whole story when we asked again. So I expected when a guest asks about the pool the spa and sauna would still be necessary information. They should have a card in each room listing all their amenities in an easy to read format… like black print on white paper. Even the wall poster was a little hard to notice ina dark stairwell. Nitpicks, yes, but simple things would have improved the stay instead of multiple trips to the front desk."

"The resort was great. The kids loved the slide and the pool area. The only complaint I have is the sliding doors lock was broken to the balcony so the door wouldn't lock in our room. Other than that, everything was perfect. The room was nice and cozy for us and we all loved the breakfast. Would definitely stay again!!!"

"The place was great, looked just like the photos and everything was in great condition and clean. The room didn’t have AC and it was Smokey all weekend so we couldn’t open the window, but that wasn’t a big issue and without the smoke it would have been a non issue."

"C’est situé proche de tout: trail, resto, terrasse et autres commodités. Les points négatifs: il n’y a plus de piscine ( ils l’ont remplis de béton 😢). La place est propre, mais manque un peu d’amour et le ménage pourrait être un tantinet plus minutieux. Il y a très peut de couverts et verres malgré que la chambre pouvait accueillir 6 personnes. Le prix est bien pour une chambre avec cuisinette comme nous avions. J’y retournerais n’importe quand!!!"
