“Quaint hotel and room. No elevator. Our room was over a pub so kind of noisy until late at night”

“We were traveling in June so things were pretty quiet in Fernie! The Park Place has a real lodge feel. We had a great room with a balcony looking out towards the mountains. Our room was clean and well equipped with a fridge, small stove & necessary dishes, etc. There was a seating area with a small TV and comfy furniture. The pool & hot tub are in the center atrium - we enjoyed the hot tub. The food & service at the attached pub were excellent! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Room 28 is the largest room. It was a lovely and spacious little apartment with dishes, cutlery, fridge with freezer, two burner stove, coffee machine and microwave. We had along our freezer chest with food so it was perfect for evening snack and breakfast. I think it would be great for a family as the three queen sized beds were very comfortable beside a clean four piece bathroom. Thanks so much.”

“Urine stained and soaked bathrooms, hair in sink, mold in pool and showers, room wreaked of smoke, unclean bedsheets. Unhelpful staff, night attendant asked “what do you want me to do? Go buy towels” after we refused the ones he tried to hand us from the dirty laundry cart when we didn’t even get fresh towels in the room to begin with. Better Business Bureau would have a field day in this place.”

“The room was clean and adequate. The air conditioner was noisy so if you are a light sleeper as I am, it might keep you awake. Also, it’s right by the highway so noise from cars and trucks was heard in the early morning hours. There were no extra amenities.”

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself...

“Our stay at the Ramada Creston was good overall. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything worked as expected. While nothing particularly stood out, it was a comfortable stay and offered good value for the price.”
