A great hotel and great breakfast. The pool was nice but not heated therefore could not go inside it was cold. Location was perfect walkable to the mall in 15 minutes. There is a shisha lounge/club that opens at 11 around the side of the hotel separate entrance worth checking out. I went during off peak time therefore there was not a lot of people staying in hotel.

Positive: room is big. Concierge staff is helpful and nice. Swimming pool is beautiful. Negative: the hotel is too old. The room not so clean. All staffs with poker face (unless one French lady on the front desk). The gym from 12:00 to 20:00 only, that’s not friendly for tourist actually. And the staff was even LATE. Not many choices in the breakfast.

The hotel is in desperate need of a total and complete refurbishment. It is barely a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is poorly organized, food is not immediately replenished, it fails to meet basics of hygiene. Patrons hold/touch the bread in order to cut it with bare hands. Children are allowed to run around the pool and disturb those who are trying to relax and/or work. And to make matters worse, the front desk failed/forgot to wake us up as requested at 03:45 for a taxi pick-up at 04:30. I would definitely recommend considering other hotels in Fes.

City view rooms are poor like overall 6/10. Pool view rooms are better like 9/10, and elevators works on that side. Service was good, some receptionists were snobby but generally good staff.

Not bad. If you stay in the city view area then you will have a poor experience. I had a 3 night stay with family. First night I booked the street view and it was not great. Noisy, elevator stopped working after 10am, safe lock box was not working, bathrooms were poor and needed reno. However, the 2 other nights I booked with pool view, it was a bit more than city view but totally worth it. Nice clean room with 2 beds, bathroom was newly renovated. Everything was good. Breakfast was very good too.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Cependant l’hôtel est vieillissant, le buffet du petit déjeuner manque de choix. Mais les chambres sont spatieuses et la literie confortable. La salle de bain est rudimentaire et très vieillissante (rideau de douche et traces d’usure dans la baignoire et les canalisations apparentes). Le porteur de bagage et le réceptionniste n’ont pas de respect pour leur clients, ils se sont moqués ouvertement devant nous d’un client qu’ils refusaient de servir en l’insultant … mauvais pour l’ image

Schon der Eintritt vermittelt einen leicht düsteren Eindruck, der durch das unfreundliche Personal am Empfang noch verstärkt wird. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis im Gastronomie Bereich lässt einen nur den Kopf schütteln-ein Bierchen 7 Euro. Das ganze Hotel ist auf Gruppen ausgerichtet, schon spannend zu beobachten, wenn morgens 5 Busse gleichzeitig abreisen. Also nichts für individuell Reisende. Positiv ist die Parkplatz Situation zu bewerten.

A fuir la responsable de chambre à été odieuse avec nous en nous accusant à tort!! d’avoir pris une petite serviette elle a demander de fouiller nos valise ! C’est une racaille comment on peut embaucher ce genre de personne dans un hôtel 4 étoile en sachant que nous avons séjourné 7 nuit à 80 € comment on peut en arriver a sa!!! nous sommes plus à une petite serviette prêt! Il nous accuse de voleurs c’est vraiment inadmissible ! Heureusement qu’il y avait des témoins une plainte a été déposée contre eux!! Et d’autres part à notre arrivée nous avons constaté que la chambre n’était pas propre 1 tonne de poussière la baignoire de la salle de bain était sale ainsi que les sols j’ai demandé qu’il la refasse ça n’a jamais été fait! Même les autorités m’on dit que royal mirage n’était plus un bon hôtel qu’il avait beaucoup mieux au même tarif! Ça en dit long sur cette hôtel! Plus jamais je remettrai les pieds dans cette hôtel moi et ma famille et tout mon entourage!

Property needs serious refurbishment, well past it's best, generally expensive for what you actually get, pictures are professionally done but the reality when you are there is very different from the glossy pictures.. Reception staff extremely arrogant, everything to them is a problem, even checking in people seemed to a chore! We moved rooms but even the second room was dirty so we complained and had to have special cleaning carried out. Expensive food, £3 for a tea...wow! 5 star prices for a 2 star hotel.

Great hotels for families with young children. Play area and pool is amazingn my 4 and 2 year old loved it. Staff were ok, just not the best at welcoming people and or giving you initial advice. Also,I paid a significant amount more than initially quoted by Expedia! Not sure why!

Property needs some upgrade, old and dirty . Serhixe is bad i asked for maintenance and no showed up and noone called me back , they need to get their stuff together

Clean ,Good location ,worth every penny
It was Great Hotel to stay very convenient in the new fes ville nouvelle City center near restaurants and caffe shops has swimming pole very clean reception agents are friendly worth every penny.
