Some other reviews mention having had issues with rude staff but I had no such problems and was very pleased with every employee I encountered. I also took advantage of the hamman and massage and would highly recommend it. Lastly, the rooftop dining area offers a nice view and the breakfast is quite good. “Alex and Yasmin provided a beautiful experience. We stayed in the Rubis suite for five nights. The property itself is stunning and has many unique antiques throughout. The staff is excellent and catered to our every need. Alex arranged a guided tour of the Medina, as well as escorts to help us find restaurants in the evening.
