"The hotel its self was alright. The room was a nice size. We had a pull out couch but with no sheets or pillows to use with it. We requested them 3 times and the finally brought them at midnight. We have 3 small children, so we just went out and got our own. We also requested more towels twice and never got them. The fire alarm went off a total of 8 times in the 2 nights we stayed there. We got this hotel for the pool. The night we swam with our children, a party was going on and there were 10 teenagers along with a "guardian" who were all drunk and high. They were vaping in the pool. Again this was with my children there. Along with 2 other families. They kept falling and swearing and then they started to fight. Thats when we left. Unacceptable."
"I felt that the staff was a very wonderful staff. They were extremely helpful whenever I had any questions.
I never did get a chance to enjoy their breakfast, but it did smell extremely delicious.
This property is in the process of being renovated. They evidently have a new owner. They were putting new carpeting down when I was there.
The carpet in the room had been shampooed just before I came in that day. Extremely clean carpet.
The bed sheets smelled like they just came out of the washer and dryer.
The faucet in the room leaked. The shower was fine, except for a ring of black of mold where you would not be able to easily get at it.
The hallways were typical for a hotel hallway.
The place was super quiet at night.
Because it was just me, I’m not allergic to black mold, and the staff being so friendly – I will stay there again because of where it was at under the condition that I found it in for the price that I got it.
I did actually enjoy being there, although I was only there when I was sleeping."
"The toilet was broken and had to request assistance 3 times for an over flowing toilet. The toilet had be removed. I had to book another place to stay for the night on short notice."
