“Friendly & helpful staff. Clean room & comfortable bed. Bathroom a bit on the small side but clean & well equipped. Ideal location for seeing a gig at the hydro. Parking is in the hydro car park right behind the hotel-make sure you take your parking ticket to Moxy reception to stamp before leaving and the parking is half price (£12 for 24hrs).”

My husband and I had traveled from Pennsylvania overnight, got taken to the wrong hotel a mile away, then walked. 9 of a mile in the rain to the hotel. We looked a fright, I am sure.(husband is bald, but I know that I was a mess).Carol and manager upgraded our room to the most beautiful suite I have ever seen! It...
