“The staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out! The hotel was nice and spacious and had a great view of the river. The room was clean but in need of updating and some repairs to the shower and bathroom. Overall it was a good stay.”

“Not equipped to deal with high volumes from the new concert venue. Checking in at 3:30 the night of a concert was a nightmare. There was only one woman checking people in and she was fantastic trying her best, on the phone with her manager. A woman ahead of us had reserved two beds for four guests and given one double bed. They were “overbooked” and nothing could be done. By the time that was dealt with there were probably 20 people waiting to check in. I had booked two queens to also only get...

“First off this is no where near the amphitheater. Same name, different places. That was not made clear when booking our overpriced room. The shuttle service was helpful but again we were unaware of travel time to the concert. Then after checking in we had to park fair distance away (they do have velvet) only to be turned away when returning to the building because they do check your personal belongings and we had beer with us. Totally unaware we couldn’t bring our own. We were not the only ones...

“This property was so unkept outside we didn’t even go in due to no parking, no indication of where the entrance was, felt unsafe just driving up to the property! Pool was unkept and did not appear to be working! Definitely would not recommend! Very upset I booked property and ended up paying for a different hotel!”
