Guests driving to the property should be aware of seasonal road closures. Hwy 120 (Tioga Pass) closes October through late June, restricting east-to-west travel across the park. Yosemite's eastern gate and Tuolumne Meadows are not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. Guests are advised to check local weather and road conditions/closures with the California Department of Transportation before travel.

We love this hotel so much! Incredible staff, so helpful, clean and SO family friendly! My only Gripe this particular trip was that the weather was beautiful and the outdoor pool should have been open. Also, having only 1 restaurant available made it really hard to stay 4 nights without driving into oakhurst.

Property itself is very family friendly because of various activities. Our cottage was clean and well stocked. Resort grounds are well maintained. I would stay here again and highly recommend this resort.

We loved our stay. There were lots of things to do like make s’mores, game room, indoor pool, archery, bikes, nature walks. Some of the amenities were shut down due to weather and renovations, but we still found plenty to do. Food choices are very limited here as only one small store was open and one restaurant. Other than that we loved it and will be back soon.

Just stayed at Tenaya Resort and had a really great experience. The staff were some of the friendliest people I’ve come across at a resort always welcoming and happy to help. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests and want everyone to have a good stay. That kind of service makes a place stand out. I’d definitely come back.
