"Place needs a little TLC!"

"Room was neat and clean. Grounds are in horrible shape. I have a small dog and grass has not been cut yet this year. Arrived a little after 5:00pm and even with a reservation they did not have a clean room available. Was not able to get into room until a hour later. I remember when this hotel was built about 20 years ago. They really have let it become very run down."

"We arrived to check-in for a 1 week stay but were told they had no housekeeper to clean rooms so all reservations were being cancelled. We had to scramble to find another hotel that night! Evidently going under an ownership change but not acceptable for such a last minute "NO" you do not have a room for the next week!!!"
